A rules‑based swing strategy. It uses triple‑speed Nasdaq to spot fast selloffs, then either shorts the first big bounce or buys the dip in tech/semis. In calmer times it runs two bond‑vs‑stock “heat” checks and rotates into fast‑moving sectors, Treasuries, or hedges.

Step 1: Crash check using a triple‑speed Nasdaq fund (TQQQ). If it fell ~11% in 6 days: after a >5.5% 1‑day rebound the strategy shorts (picks 1 bearish fund); if no big rebound it buys 3 beaten‑down tech/stock funds. Step 2: Otherwise it runs two quick bond‑vs‑stock “heat” tests (RSI ≈ how hot/cold the last 10–15 days have been). If bonds look stronger, it buys the 2 biggest short‑term laggards from a fast‑moving list; if stocks look stronger, it holds 3 picks from sectors, Treasuries, or mild stock‑shorts with the liveliest recent moves.
