A tactical, rules-driven mix that follows interest-rate trends and momentum. It tilts among long/short Treasuries, U.S. dollar, gold, defensives, and cash, adds TQQQ only in good conditions, and uses UVXY-based hedges during panics. Leverage increases risk.

It’s a rules-based “rates-first” rotation. It watches 20+yr Treasuries (TLT) for trend (price vs its avg) and “heat” (RSI: 0–100, high=hot, low=cold). Falling rates: own long bonds (TMF) + gold (GLD) + defensives (XLP/BTAL). Rising rates: favor U.S. dollar (UUP/USDU) and hedges (PSQ/SH/TMV). A momentum sleeve holds the 2 best 6‑mo performers (SPY, TLT, GLD, UUP, DBC, SHV). Crash guards flip into UVXY on spikes; otherwise TQQQ only in healthy trends; else a safety mix. Uses leveraged ETFs (higher risk).
