This strategy checks the market every day and puts all its money into just one idea at a time. If big tech looks overheated, it bets against chip stocks using SOXS. If tech is crashing, it may buy market fear (UVXY), try a rebound in chip stocks (SOXL), or hide in T-bills (BIL). In calmer markets, it usually owns TQQQ when tech trends are healthy; otherwise it moves to BIL.
