A rules-based switcher: it rides tech-led uptrends with leveraged ETFs, but when prices look overheated or fall fast, it snaps to hedges like SQQQ, UVXY, T‑bills, long Treasuries, or the US dollar. It also tries quick rebounds in semis after big drops.

- When tech is trending up, it owns leveraged stock ETFs (mainly TQQQ; also SPXL/UPRO/SOXL/TECL). - If the market gets very “hot” (RSI: a 0–100 hot/cold meter; > ~75 = overheated) or drops hard over a few days, it quickly shifts to hedges: SQQQ + T‑bills, UVXY (volatility), long Treasuries (TMF), or the US dollar (UUP). - Occasionally it buys semiconductors (SOXL) after sharp selloffs for a bounce.
