Each day it chooses: 1) Ride tech strength with 3x bull funds on Nasdaq/tech/semis (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL) when prices are above recent averages; 2) Fade overheated spikes by briefly shorting semis with a 3x inverse fund (SOXS); 3) Buy big dips in semis (SOXL); 4) If turbulence rises, hold ~60% T‑bills (BIL) and 40% a 3x Nasdaq hedge (SQQQ); 5) In deeper stress, use long Treasuries (TMF) or the U.S. dollar (USDU).
