About

A daily tactical plan that rides tech/semis hard in uptrends or after deep dips, hedges when things get too hot, and shifts to cash, inverse tech, or long bonds/US dollar when risk builds. It uses simple trend, “heat” (RSI), drawdown, and volatility checks.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily rule set that decides between: go-fast tech (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL), quick hedges (SOXS/SQQQ), or sit tight (BIL, sometimes TMF or USDU). It checks trend (is QQQ above its avg?), “heat/cold” (RSI: a 0–100 gauge of how hot or beaten-up prices are), sharp drops/spikes, and bond-vs-stock strength. When hot and rising, it rides; when too hot, it briefly shorts semis; when shaky, it parks in T‑bills + inverse tech.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this three-sleeve leveraged tech strategy delivers ~64% annualized return vs SPY ~22%, with Calmar ~1.44 and Sharpe ~1.15. It rides tech trends, buys dips, and uses disciplined hedges to outperform the S&P 500 on a risk-adjusted basis.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
