This strategy is a daily traffic-light system for aggressive tech investing. Its main investment is TQQQ, a fund that aims to deliver about 3x the daily move of the Nasdaq-100, so it rises and falls much faster than normal tech funds. It first asks: is tech too hot, falling hard, or acting normally? - If tech looks overheated, it buys UVXY, a volatility fund that usually benefits when markets get panicky. - If tech has dropped sharply, it may buy SOXL, a very aggressive semiconductor fund, to catch a rebound. - If conditions look unsafe, it moves to BIL, a very short-term Treasury bill fund that acts like cash. - If conditions are healthy, it buys TQQQ. It also watches broad stocks and bonds for warning signs. If those signals look shaky, it avoids risk and sits in BIL.
