About

Daily, rules-based tech strategy that rotates among cash (BIL), leveraged long/short Apple or Tesla, and occasional hedges (SOXS/TECL) using simple overheated/washed‑out signals and a bond‑vs‑short risk gauge. No K‑1 ETFs only.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks simple “stretch” signals. If a fast Nasdaq gauge (TQQQ) looks overheated (RSI>79) or just spiked >6%, it briefly hedges with SOXS. If tech looks washed out (RSI<31), it buys TECL for a rebound. Otherwise it picks either an Apple (AAPB/AAPD) or Tesla (TSLL/TSLS) playbook. A basic risk gauge compares bond strength (IEF) vs short‑Nasdaq (PSQ): if bonds win, go long; if shorts win, go short. If QQQ/SPY are too hot (RSI>80), it parks in BIL. Multiple 2–6 week looks pick the playbook.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample return: 26.6% vs SPY ~23%; Calmar 0.78 and positive alpha. A tech-rotating, rules-based strategy with hedges and bond/short checks, offering higher upside and disciplined risk vs SPY—though with larger drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
