About

Daily tactical tech strategy. It fades overheated spikes, buys washouts, and otherwise chooses Apple or Tesla then flips bull/bear using a simple bond‑vs‑short‑Nasdaq gauge. Uses leveraged ETFs (TECL, AAPB/TSLL) or hedges (AAPD/TSLS, SOXS) and cash (BIL).
NutHow it works
Each day it checks how “hot” or “cold” tech looks using simple signals (RSI = a 0–100 heat score; big 1–6 day moves). If it’s too hot or spiking, it hedges with SOXS or parks in T‑Bills (BIL). If it’s washed‑out, it buys tech (TECL). Otherwise it runs a small Apple vs Tesla “tournament” and picks one. A bond‑vs‑short‑Nasdaq gauge (IEF RSI vs PSQ RSI) then flips that pick bullish (AAPB/TSLL) or bearish (AAPD/TSLS). Fallback is QQQ. No K‑1 ETFs.
CheckmarkValue prop
Tech-focused daily rotation offers higher upside: OOS annualized return ~26.6% vs SPY ~23%. Uses hedges and cash for risk control, but expects more volatility and larger drawdowns (~34% vs ~19%). Potentially stronger upside when tech leads.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
