Daily, rules-based. 1) Bitcoin first: if BTC is extremely hot (RSI>90), briefly flip short via BITI. If BTC is above its 20‑day average, own the strongest BTC‑linked play (e.g., BITX 2× BTC ETF or Coinbase). 2) Otherwise: in uptrends own high‑octane tech/Nasdaq/semis (TQQQ=3× Nasdaq‑100, TECL=3× tech, SOXL=3× semis); in stress hedge/short (PSQ=inverse Nasdaq, SH=inverse S&P, SOXS) or park in T‑Bills (BIL). Bonds (TMF/IEF/TLT/BND) and volatility (VXX, big QQQ drops) are the go/stop signals. RSI is an overbought/oversold score; a moving average is a trend line.
