About

Risk-on/risk-off system: short the S&P 500 with a triple inverse fund when volatility runs hot; otherwise hold the two strongest single‑stock option‑income ETFs tied to AAPL/MSFT/NFLX/NVDA/XOM, with 20% cash. Rebalanced daily.
NutHow it works
Each day: 1) Check VIXM (an ETF tied to stock‑market volatility). If its 40‑day RSI—a “heat meter” of recent moves—is above 69 (fear spiking), put 100% in SPXU, a fund that rises when the S&P 500 falls (very aggressive). 2) Otherwise, put 80% into the two strongest of APLY, MSFO, NFLY, NVDY, XOMO (option‑income funds tied to AAPL, MSFT, NFLX, NVDA, XOM) using a 14‑day RSI; keep 20% in cash. Rebalance daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Distinct diversification: lower beta (0.84x SPY) with built-in volatility hedges and a cash buffer. Out-of-sample return ~12.2% vs SPY ~23.4%, but offers a different risk/return profile and potential income from option-income ETFs.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
