About
Aggressive, rules‑based swing strategy: buy 3x tech/semis/S&P in uptrends or on sharp dips; when markets look overheated or fear rises, pivot into volatility hedges (UVXY) or safe sleeves (T‑Bills/bonds/dividends). High risk, frequent shifts.
It switches among a few buckets based on simple “hot/cold” and volatility checks.
- If tech just surged (overheated), it buys UVXY — a fund that spikes when fear rises — as a short‑term hedge.
- If tech is weak/oversold or the trend is up, it buys 3x tech/semis/S&P (TECL, SOXL, SPXL or TQQQ).
- If drops or fear jump, it goes to “Safety Town”: T‑Bills (BIL), Treasuries (TMF/TMV), gold/commodities, or dividend funds (SCHD/DGRO). High risk; trades often.
Aggressive, rules-based strategy that beats the S&P on risk-adjusted terms: OOS return 73.09% vs 22.84%, Sharpe 1.69 vs 1.43, Calmar 2.86. Higher drawdowns (~25.6% vs 18.8%), but hedges and shifts aim to protect capital.
