Rules-based switcher. It watches a short‑term “speedometer” (RSI, 0–100). Hot readings (~80) on major stock indexes/sectors => buy UVXY (a fund that jumps when fear spikes). Cold (~30) => buy leveraged tech (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL) for rebounds. Normal: ride tech uptrends; if volatility rises or bonds beat stocks, shift to Treasuries (TMF/TMV), dividends (SCHD/DGRO), commodities (DBC), or cash (BIL). Uses very leveraged, high‑risk ETFs; expect big swings.
