It watches for simple signs of “too hot” or “too cold” markets (RSI, short‑term spikes/drops, and the VIX). When stocks look overheated, it buys short‑term volatility (UVXY). In steady uptrends, it holds fast‑moving tech/semis ETFs. In selloffs, it shifts to bonds, cash, gold/commodities, or even inverse ETFs. Rules check these signals daily and switch quickly.
