It watches simple “heat gauges” (RSI, recent drops, volatility, and bond trends). Too hot? It flips to crash insurance (UVXY) or bearish funds. Too cold or after fast selloffs? It buys aggressive tech/semiconductor funds (3x) for rebounds. If risk spikes, it parks in T‑Bills or defensive picks (Treasuries, gold, dollar).
