This strategy splits money across 4 mini-strategies. Most of the time it watches for 3 things: markets getting too hot, tech selling off hard, or danger rising. If markets look overheated, it often buys UVXY, a fund that can jump when fear spikes. If tech looks beaten down, it often buys aggressive tech funds like TECL or SOXL. If neither is true, it rotates among dividend funds, bonds, gold, commodities, or cash-like T-bills.
