This strategy is an aggressive market-timer focused on tech and semiconductor funds like SOXL and TECL. It watches whether markets have risen or fallen too far, too fast. If stocks look overheated, it often moves into fear-based funds like UVXY or bearish funds. If tech looks beaten down, it buys aggressive tech funds. Bond, gold, commodity, and cash-like funds are used as safety valves when markets look dangerous.
