Rules-based swing system that buys tech/semiconductor dips with 3x ETFs and fades overbought spikes by buying volatility. Uses VIX, bond trends, and sector strength to switch between offense and defense. Very aggressive and fast-moving.

Think of RSI as a 0–100 “heat meter.” Too hot = likely pullback; too cold = likely bounce. This strategy watches the S&P 500/Nasdaq and especially tech/semis. When they’re very hot, it briefly buys “fear” (UVXY, tied to the VIX) or inverse funds. When they’re very cold, it buys 3x bulls (TECL/TQQQ/SOXL) for snap‑backs. It also checks the fear gauge and bond trends to flip between offense (growth) and defense (T‑Bills, dividends, gold/treasuries). It is very aggressive.
