RSI is a 0–100 “heat gauge” of recent price moves. High = hot/overbought; low = cold/oversold. - If stocks are hot or make a big 1‑day jump, it buys “fear” (UVXY) or bear funds (SQQQ/SOXS), expecting a pullback. - If stocks are washed‑out and bonds aren’t flashing danger, it buys 3x tech/semis (TECL, TQQQ, SOXL) for a rebound. - Bond/volatility trends can flip it to safety (cash BIL, gold UGL, dollar UUP) or short bonds (TMV).
