It’s a rule-based switch. It watches RSI (a 0–100 “heat meter” of recent price moves: >80=very hot, <30=washed‑out). When markets/sectors look too hot, it buys UVXY—a fund that jumps when fear spikes—anticipating a pullback. When they look washed‑out, it buys short‑term bounce plays (3x tech/semis/S&P). Otherwise it rotates between calm/fear trades (SVXY/VIX funds) and safer mixes (dividends, Treasuries, gold, dollar, commodities).
