This is an aggressive market-timing strategy. It constantly checks whether stocks look overheated, weak, or panicky using recent price-move signals. If markets look stretched, it often buys UVXY, a fund that usually rises when fear spikes. Otherwise it rotates among leveraged tech/stock funds, dividend funds, bonds, gold, commodities, and other defensive holdings. In calm periods it often buys market dips; in dangerous periods it shifts toward volatility or safer assets.
