About

A tactical, Bitcoin‑centric strategy: fade short‑term BTC spikes when BTC is weak (via BITI), sometimes ride bounces with MSTR, and otherwise park in a macro/volatility “hedge pack” (USD uptrend or volatile plays like semis/commodities or T‑Bills).
NutHow it works
1) It watches Bitcoin via BITO. If BITO is below its 3‑month average (62‑day), it runs a short‑term, contrarian bot: when BTC looks “hot” short‑term (RSI>60 or strong recent pops), it often shorts it with BITI; if BTC just jumped, it may ride the bounce via MSTR. If signals are fuzzy, it parks in a hedge pack. 2) If BITO is above trend, it skips BTC trades and uses the hedge pack. 3) Hedge pack: If the US dollar is trending up (short‑term average above long‑term on UUP), hold USDU. Otherwise, hold the two most volatile among: BIL (T‑Bills), SOXL (3x semis), and PDBC (commodities).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~24.2% annualized return vs SPY ~21.8%, with crypto-driven betas plus macro hedges. Diversifies risk, adds growth potential beyond the S&P, though it can experience larger drawdowns. A complementary, opportunistic tilt to a core portfolio.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
