About

A fast, rules‑based swing strategy that rotates between Bitcoin, high‑beta tech (QQQ, semis) and ARK innovation; it shorts/hedges when overheated and buys bounces when oversold, using bonds and the US dollar as a risk referee. Uses leveraged/inverse ETFs.
NutHow it works
It flips among three hot zones—Bitcoin, Nasdaq tech, and ARK‑style “innovation.” It uses simple heat gauges (RSI: a 0–100 measure of how fast price just ran; high=hot, low=washed‑out), basic trend filters (price vs its average), and short‑term momentum/volatility. When things look too hot it hedges/shorts (BITI, SARK, VIX funds). When washed‑out it buys bounces (QLD, SOXL, TARK). Treasuries and the US dollar vote risk‑on/off.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample shows ~41% annualized return vs SPY ~22%, with a Calmar near 1 and crypto/tech/ARK exposure plus bond/dollar hedges. Higher upside and diversification for risk-tolerant investors, but expect larger drawdowns (~41%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
