About

A fast, tactical strategy that toggles between crypto trades (often shorting bitcoin when it looks “too hot”) and a 2x Nasdaq stock engine. It buys dips, hedges blow‑offs with UVXY, and can shift to bonds or inverse ETFs after sharp selloffs.
NutHow it works
Every day it checks two things: bitcoin and the stock market. • If bitcoin’s trend looks weak or “too hot,” it often bets against bitcoin (BITI) or, after a sharp move, buys MicroStrategy (MSTR), a bitcoin proxy. • Otherwise it runs a 2x Nasdaq engine: buy QLD on deep dips; briefly hedge with UVXY if Nasdaq looks overheated; or rotate among QLD/SSO/BSV—or even go inverse (QID/SDS)—if the S&P 500 just had a sharp 10‑day drop. RSI = a 0–100 hot/cold score of recent moves.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~30.5% annualized return vs SPY 21.8%, Calmar ~0.75. Higher upside from crypto/2x Nasdaq timing with hedges, but ~40% drawdowns. Stronger risk-adjusted upside during regime shifts than SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
