It first checks the last ~2 weeks: if broad bonds (BND) beat short Treasuries (TBX), it buys 50% JEPI (income‑focused US stocks) and 50% HIBL (3× high‑beta S&P 500). Otherwise, it buys two “oversold” picks (low short‑term RSI): one of BTAL vs UGL and one of DBMF vs TMV; equal weight.
