If trends weaken, it shifts to the U.S. dollar (USDU), anti‑beta (BTAL), commodities/oil (PDBC, OILK), materials (XLB) or gold miners (GDXJ). RSI is a price‑strength gauge; it helps block very weak setups and pick the strongest option.
