About

Tactical, rules‑based rotation. In uptrends it buys the strongest broad market or tech (SPY, SMH, QQQ). In stress it shifts to defenses: strong USD (USDU), market‑neutral (BTAL), commodities (PDBC/OILK), or staples/energy/value. Signals use trend and momentum.
NutHow it works
Daily rebalance. 1) If the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day average (uptrend), go on offense; else, play defense. 2) Short‑term check: if QQQ’s RSI (recent buy/sell balance) >30, buy the strongest of SPY, semis (SMH), or a sub‑module; else hold tech (XLK). 3) Sub‑module: when growth/bond/dollar signals look good (QQQ trend up, TIP>STIP, dollar weak), hold QQQ or 2x stock ETFs (QLD/SSO). When not, use hedges: long USD (USDU), market‑neutral (BTAL), or commodities (PDBC/OILK). Moving avgs = trend; max drawdown/volatility pick safer hedges.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
