About

A rules-based, high-octane portfolio that rides tech/semis/ARK uptrends with leveraged ETFs, flips short or to hedges when stocks overheat, adds energy momentum and gold/silver snap-backs, and uses the dollar and bonds to decide when to take risk.
NutHow it works
- It watches simple “speed/heat” gauges on stocks (RSI) and trend lines (moving averages). - If stocks look overheated, it adds crash protection or shorts tech/semis/ARK. If they’re strong but not overheated, it rides them with leveraged ETFs. - Bonds and the U.S. dollar act as a referee: when they signal risk-off, it shifts to cash/Treasuries or USD; when they signal risk-on, it takes more equity risk. - Energy is held when that sector trends up; otherwise it steps aside or hedges. - For gold/silver, it makes short-term “snap-back” trades after big one-day drops or spikes, but only when market volatility is not extreme. - A small crypto sleeve flips between long/short bitcoin proxies using the same heat/volatility checks. - The same rules are run with different lookback windows and blended to reduce timing risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
