About

Rules-based, high‑octane rotation: buys leveraged tech/semis in risk‑on, flips to inverse/volatility or T‑Bills in stress, trades gold/silver mean‑reversion, trends energy, and hedges bitcoin—guided by RSI, moving averages, bonds, and volatility.
NutHow it works
An automated switchboard that toggles between offense and defense. When trends look healthy and bonds say “risk‑on,” it buys high‑growth tech/semis (SOXL, TECL). When markets look overheated or fearful, it flips to bearish funds (SOXS, TECS, SARK), volatility (UVXY), or T‑Bills (BIL). It trades gold/silver short‑term (buy big dips, fade spikes), owns energy when its trend is up (XLE/ERX), and runs a small bitcoin hedge (BITO/BITI/MSTR). RSI is a 0–100 “hot/cold” gauge of recent price speed; tickers are fund codes.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers higher upside than the S&P: 28.6% annualized vs 21.7%, with a Calmar near 1 and diversified regime-driven rotations (tech, gold, energy, crypto). Expect higher drawdowns (~29%) but stronger longer-run growth.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
