This strategy is an aggressive market “switch-hitter.” It first checks whether the U.S. stock market looks healthy or shaky. Then it either leans into fast-moving funds tied to tech, semiconductors, biotech, small caps, China, and bonds—or shifts into bearish funds and T-bills for defense. It uses short-term signals to judge whether markets are overheating, oversold, or falling, and quickly flips between bullish and bearish positions.
