Out-of-sample edge: 21.07% annualized return vs SPY’s 20.13%, powered by a barbell mix (defensive core + adaptive all-weather + small aggressive sleeve). Higher upside across regimes, but larger drawdowns (~26.7% vs 18.8%) and OOS Sharpe ~0.91.
