About
A daily, high‑risk Nasdaq tactic using 3× ETFs. After sharp drops it usually bets on more downside, only buying the dip when deeply oversold. Otherwise it flips on “hot/cold” readings or holds the strongest of AAPL/MSFT/NVDA/TSLA.
Daily check of the Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ). If QQQ fell >6% in 5 days, it usually bets on more downside with SQQQ (3× inverse). It only “buys the dip” with TQQQ (3× long) when selling is extreme (low RSI) and there wasn’t a big one‑day bounce. Otherwise: if QQQ looks hot it shorts (SQQQ); if cold it buys (TQQQ). If in‑between, it owns the strongest of AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, or TSLA. RSI = a 0–100 “hot/cold” score. Rebalanced daily; high risk.
Out-of-sample edge: ~52% annualized return vs ~24% for the S&P, with solid risk-adjusted metrics (Calmar ~1.02, Sharpe ~1.09). Expect larger drawdowns (~51%) but potential for substantial alpha through tactical Nasdaq exposure.
