About
A daily Nasdaq tactic: buy extreme weakness with 3x long (TQQQ), short extreme strength with 3x inverse (SQQQ), and otherwise hold the strongest mega‑cap (AAPL/MSFT/NVDA/TSLA). Uses a simple 0–100 “heat gauge” to time entries.
What it trades: QQQ (Nasdaq‑100), TQQQ (3x up), SQQQ (3x down), and sometimes AAPL/MSFT/NVDA/TSLA.
RSI is a 0–100 “heat gauge”: below ~31 = very weak; above ~80 = overheated.
Daily:
- If QQQ fell >6% in 5 days: only buy TQQQ when RSI is very weak; otherwise use SQQQ (or after a >5% TQQQ pop).
- If no big drop: short with SQQQ when overheated; buy TQQQ when very weak; else hold the strongest of AAPL/MSFT/NVDA/TSLA.
Out-of-sample: ~39% annualized return vs S&P ~23%, driven by tactical Nasdaq bets and mega-cap momentum. Higher drawdowns and lower risk-adjusted return, but strong upside potential in tech rallies.
