Fast, rules-based swing system in leveraged tech/semis. It fades big one‑day pops, buys deep dips, rides trends when calm, and parks in T‑Bills when risk rises. Uses TQQQ and VIXY as thermometers; trades TECL/SOXL vs SOXS/TECS, with occasional TMF/TMV.

It watches simple “gauges”: RSI (a heat gauge of recent ups vs downs), moving averages (trend lines), and drawdown/volatility. Signals come from a turbo Nasdaq fund (TQQQ) and the “fear” ETF (VIXY). • If tech looks overheated or pops >~5–6% in a day, it flips bearish on semis/tech (SOXS/TECS). • If tech is washed‑out, it buys 3× tech/semis (TECL/SOXL). • In risky/choppy markets it holds T‑Bills (BIL); sometimes long/short Treasuries (TMF/TMV). K‑1‑free ETFs only.
