Each day it reads a few “thermometers”: stocks, long‑term Treasuries, and commodities. It checks if stocks are hot or cold (RSI: a 0–100 heat gauge), whether bonds are trending up or down, and who’s leading: stocks or commodities. It then picks one leveraged fund: either a fast tech/semis bull, its inverse, a long/short Treasury fund, or a volatility hedge (VXX). It only buys risk when multiple signals agree.
