About

A fast, daily strategy that swings between 3x tech/semiconductor funds (and their inverse versions). It buys big dips, fades overheated spikes, confirms with bond‑market signals, sometimes hedges with volatility, and avoids K‑1 in its commodities sleeve.
NutHow it works
It trades a few amplified tech/semiconductor funds and their inverse versions, aiming to buy dips and fade rips. “RSI” is a quick meter of how stretched prices are: low = washed‑out, high = overbought. It also checks the bond market (cash‑like T‑bills vs longer bonds/credit) to confirm risk. In panicky/euphoric moments it can briefly buy volatility (VXX). If signals are mixed it parks in T‑bills or bonds. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this daily leveraged tech/semis strategy targets ~53% annualized returns with Calmar 1.54 and Sharpe 0.95, vs SPY ~24% and Sharpe 1.46. Bond signals and hedges manage risk while seeking bigger upside.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
