Traffic-light rules pick between 3x bull funds (Tech, Semis, High-Beta) and their 3x inverse twins. First, broad trend and a bond “risk-on/off” read set the bias. Then a hot/cold gauge (RSI: <27 very cold, >79 very hot) and big 1-day moves flip between buy-the-dip and sell-the-rip. When uncertain, it parks in T-bills or mixes in Treasuries. ETFs only (no K-1).
