About

A fast, rules-driven strategy for tech/semis: ride strength with TQQQ, buy sharp dips (SOXL/TECL), and hedge or short (SQQQ/SOXS) when things look overheated or jumpy. Uses bond cues for risk-on vs safety (TMF/USDU). K-1‑free ETFs only.
NutHow it works
It’s a rules-based swing plan built around tech/semiconductors. It rides uptrends (TQQQ) when the Nasdaq is above trend and volatility is tame. If markets are overheated, it hedges/shorts (often SOXS). If they’re washed out, it buys dips (TECL/SOXL/SPXL). It watches bonds to decide risk-on vs safety (TMF or USDU). RSI (a “too hot/too cold” gauge), moving averages, drawdowns, and 1–6 day moves drive the switches. In rough patches it may go 60% T‑Bills (BIL) + 40% SQQQ. K-1‑free ETFs only.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~70% vs SPY ~22%, Calmar ~1.55. A disciplined, rule-based tech/semis strategy with bond-driven risk-off signals and hedges, using K-1-free ETFs. Aiming for higher long-run growth with proactive downside controls vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
