About

Rules-based, K‑1‑free strategy that rides tech/semiconductor upswings (TQQQ/SOXL) and quickly hedges with SQQQ + T‑Bills when trend/volatility flips or bonds lead stocks. It seeks big upside in uptrends while cutting drawdowns in selloffs.
NutHow it works
It checks trend first. If the S&P 500 (SPY) is weak, it runs a quick semiconductor swing (SOXL=3x long chips, SOXS=3x short chips). Otherwise two engines flip offense/defense: Offense = TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) or SOXL; Defense = 60% T‑Bills (BIL) + 40% SQQQ (3x inverse Nasdaq‑100). It switches on simple “too hot/too cold” readings, recent drops/spikes, bond‑vs‑stock strength, and trend/volatility. When risk‑on, it may also rotate into other fast movers (tech, small‑caps, biotech, China/EM).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample annualized return ~49% vs SPY ~21%, driven by a trend-based leveraged tech/semis engine with a 60% BIL / 40% SQQQ hedge. K-1-free, tax-efficient. Calmar ~1.54 signals favorable risk-adjusted upside despite larger drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
