About

Rules-based, K‑1‑free strategy that chases strong uptrends in 3x growth/semiconductor ETFs, but quickly hedges or parks in T‑bills + inverse Nasdaq when markets overheat or fall hard. Blends trend, mean‑reversion and bond‑vs‑stock signals to manage risk.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks simple gauges: trend (price vs recent average), “heat” (a short‑term hot/cold meter), volatility, and whether bonds are stronger than stocks. • If trends are up, it rides 3x growth funds (mainly Nasdaq and semis: TQQQ, SOXL). • If things overheat or drop fast, it hedges or flips to bearish funds (SQQQ, SOXS) or parks 60% in T‑bills (BIL). All holdings are K‑1‑free ETFs.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~56% annualized return with a 1.77 Calmar vs SPY’s ~21%. A rules-based, K-1‑free strategy that leverages uptrends and hedges quickly in heat or downturns for higher upside with built‑in risk controls.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
