This strategy is a fast-moving market-timing system focused mostly on technology and semiconductor funds. If tech looks too hot too fast, it often bets on a drop using inverse semiconductor funds. If tech looks badly beaten down, it may buy leveraged tech or semiconductor funds for a rebound. If the market looks shaky, it moves to very short-term Treasury bills (cash-like safety).
