This strategy is a very aggressive market-timer focused on tech, chip stocks, and other fast-moving stocks. It checks whether the market looks overheated or washed out using short-term price-speed gauges, then flips into 3x bullish funds, 3x bearish funds, or occasionally short-term bond/cash funds. It also uses bond market signals as a safety check before making big bullish bets.
