A high-risk strategy that tries to ride tech rallies with leveraged funds, but quickly flips to bearish positions or cash-like T-bills when markets look overheated, weak, or unstable.

This is an aggressive market-timing strategy. It mainly bets on big moves in tech and semiconductor stocks using leveraged funds: TQQQ/SOXL when it wants to be bullish, SOXS/SQQQ when it wants to be defensive or bearish, and BIL as a cash-like safe place. It checks whether the market looks too hot, too weak, or stressed. If tech is trending up cleanly, it buys TQQQ. If markets look overheated or fragile, it shifts to bearish funds or mostly cash.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
