A high-risk market-timing strategy that mostly trades leveraged tech and semiconductor funds, buying sharp dips, riding uptrends, and turning defensive or bearish when markets look overheated or stressed.

This strategy constantly asks: is tech rising normally, crashing, or getting too hot? If tech looks healthy, it often buys aggressive bullish funds tied to the Nasdaq, tech stocks, or chip stocks. If prices look stretched or panic signals appear, it shifts to bearish bets, cash-like T-bills, long-term Treasury bonds, or the U.S. dollar. It uses bond-market behavior as an extra safety check.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
