About

A rule‑based switch that rides the Nasdaq in uptrends (often with 3x TQQQ) and flips to hedges/shorts (PSQ/SQQQ) when markets look overheated, weak, or fearful, using simple hot/cold, trend, bond, and volatility checks.
NutHow it works
At any time it holds one fund: bullish Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ, or 3x TQQQ) or a hedge/short (PSQ or 3x SQQQ). It flips using traffic‑light tests: RSI (a 0–100 hot/cold score), the 200‑day trend of stocks/bonds, semiconductor leadership (SOXL), and fear spikes (UVXY). If risk looks low, it rides QQQ/TQQQ; if stress appears, it moves to PSQ/SQQQ. 3x funds are very volatile.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample Calmar 2.07 and 76.92% annualized return with a 1.27 Sharpe imply stronger risk-adjusted upside versus the S&P 500. Nasdaq-100 tilt with adaptive hedges aims to ride uptrends and defend in stress, though drawdowns can be larger.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
