Blends an all‑weather core (stocks + bonds) with a 15% tactical sleeve. It watches fear levels, whether bonds beat cash, long‑bond trend (rates), stock vs commodity trend, and sharp drops. In calm/falling‑rate periods it uses leveraged stock and Treasury funds. When rates rise or fear spikes, it shifts to short‑term bonds, the U.S. dollar, defensive sectors, or inverse/volatility funds. If commodities lead, it rotates into them.
