About

Daily, high‑risk tech tactic: ride Nasdaq uptrends with TQQQ, flip to UVXY when things look overheated, and in downtrends either play oversold bounces with TECL or go defensive/short via SQQQ or SCHO.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks TQQQ (a 3x version of the Nasdaq‑100). If TQQQ is above its 200‑day average (a long‑term trend line), it holds TQQQ—unless its 10‑day RSI (a short‑term “heat” score) is very hot (>79), then it switches to UVXY (a volatility fund that jumps when stocks fall). If below, and RSI is very weak (<31), it buys TECL (3x tech) for a bounce; otherwise it picks the stronger of SQQQ (3x inverse Nasdaq) or SCHO (short‑term Treasuries).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this regime-aware tech strategy rides Nasdaq upside with 3x leverage, hedges when overheated, and uses oversold tech or shorts in dips. Expect superior risk-adjusted returns (~64% annualized, Calmar ~1.68) versus the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
