Each day it asks: Is fear spiking? If yes, hide in cash‑like T‑Bills (BIL). If not, read bonds vs cash (IEF vs BIL) and simple “heat” scores (RSI: 0–100; high=too hot, low=washed out) and trend lines (20/200‑day averages). It then flips among 3x bull tech/semis (TQQQ, SOXL, SPXL, UPRO), inverse/volatility (SQQQ, SPXS, SOXS, UVIX), or bonds/dollar (TMF, BSV, AGG, USDU), often buying recent laggards for short‑term rebounds.
