It then flips among 3x bull tech/semis (TQQQ, SOXL, SPXL, UPRO), inverse/volatility (SQQQ, SPXS, SOXS, UVIX), or bonds/dollar (TMF, BSV, AGG, USDU), often buying recent laggards for short‑term rebounds.
