A symphony is an automated trading strategy — Learn more about symphonies here

About

A daily, rules-based strategy that swings between leveraged tech/semis, inverse funds, volatility and bond trades, with ARK/bitcoin overlays. It buys dips, sells rips, and uses bond and VIX signals to flip between offense and defense.
NutHow it works
Daily, rules-based. It watches three gauges: stocks, bonds, and fear (VIX). When stocks look healthy and bonds are supportive, it rides fast movers like 3x tech/semis (TQQQ, SOXL). When things look overheated or weak, it flips to hedges (SQQQ/SOXS) or volatility (UVXY/UVIX), or to bonds. Side playbooks rotate ARK growth (TARK/SARK) and bitcoin proxies (BITO/BITI/MSTR). Uses leveraged ETFs—expect big swings.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this regime-switching strategy aims for big upside: ~50.6% annualized vs SPY ~24.2%, with bond/vol hedges and overlays. Calmar ~1.11. Note: higher drawdowns (~46%) in stress—best for risk-tolerant growth seekers.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
